Calling all caregivers! Do you love working with kids and want to continue babysitting or nannying alongside another part-time job, college classes, or personal creative pursuits? Do you like the idea of choosing when you work and when you don't? The Smart Sitting network is growing, and we are looking for inspired and experienced babysitters and nannies to join our team! Smart Sitting offers flexible and temporary childcare opportunities in PA, NJ, NY, and IL. Caregivers are able to gain experience with various ages and impact the lives of different families each month. Schedules can vary from light part-time to full-time each week depending on a caregiver's availability to work. Work with a team that cares about you and your unique caregiving abilities. We help with scheduling logistics, and payments, and offer childcare advice whenever needed.

The Ideal Candidate for this Job

-At least 2 years of experience caring for children, with at least a portion being an in-home setting, but also can include a classroom, as a camp counselor, etc. -Up to date CPR certification -Ability to work legally in the US as a W2 employee -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -A passion for working with children and a motivated mindset!
